VITAS hospice team members visit patients wherever they call home (private home, nursing home, assisted living community, long-term care facility, etc.) in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties, from Miami Beach to Islamorada.
We have offices in North Miami Beach, Miami, Tavernier and Miramar; and inpatient beds throughout our service area. VITAS hospice care is wherever you need it. The map below indicates our general service area.
VITAS offers integrative services including music therapy, massage and pet visits. Our liaisons work with veterans who are VITAS patients, helping obtain benefits when eligible. We offer local child bereavement peer support groups with our partners at the Children's Bereavement Center, and we are accredited by the National Institute for Jewish Hospice and the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education.

Our Care Services
